These bite-sized treats are creamy, tangy, and bursting with flavor. Plus, they come together in just minutes—perfect for a quick snack or an elegant party dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado
- Fabalish Basil Aioli
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (for garnish)

Step 1
Carefully slice off the tops of the cherry tomatoes and use a small spoon or knife to scoop out the insides, creating a hollow shell.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth, then mix in the Fabalish Basil Aioli until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a piping bag (or use a small plastic bag with the tip cut off).

Pipe the creamy avocado- basil aioli filling into each hollowed-out tomato.

Sprinkle with chopped chives for a fresh, vibrant garnish.
