Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
½ cup Fabalish Queso
1–2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for extra cheesiness)
4 strips MyBacon, cooked until crispy
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil or vegan butter
Fresh herbs, chopped (like basil, parsley, or chives)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes, squeeze of lemon
Directions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make it cheesy: In the same pot or a saucepan, add a splash of olive oil or vegan butter. Stir in the cooked pasta and pour in the Fabalish Queso. Mix until warm, melty, and fully coated. Add nutritional yeast if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the crispy MyBacon:
Tear or chop cooked MyForest MyBacon into bite-sized pieces and stir into the mac. Leave a few pieces for topping, if desired. -
Assemble & garnish:
Spoon mac onto plates or bowls. Top with fresh tomato slices, reserved MyBacon, chopped herbs, and a pinch of chili flakes or lemon juice if you like a little zip.
