Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked

  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (for grilling or pan-searing)

  • 1 tbsp vegan butter

  • 1/2 cup Fabalish Chili Crisp Ranch 

  • 1/3 cup vegan feta, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • Extra chili crisp or chili flakes (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. Grill the Corn
    Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush each ear of corn with a little oil and grill, turning occasionally, until charred and golden in spots (about 8–10 minutes total).

  2. Sauce It Up
    While the corn is still hot, slather each ear generously with butter, then with chili crisp ranch. 

  3. Top It Off
    Sprinkle crumbled vegan feta all over. Finish with chopped cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a pinch of chili flakes if you’re feeling spicy.
