Ingredients
1 jar of Fabalish Mayo
2 slices of your favorite sandwich bread (we love sourdough or seeded multigrain)
3–4 slices of MyBacon , cooked to crispy perfection
1 small ripe avocado , sliced
1–2 heirloom tomatoes , sliced thick
A handful of fresh arugula
Optional: Salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon
Directions
Cook the MyBacon. Pan-fry or air-fry until nice and crisp. Set aside on paper towels to cool.
- Toast your bread. In the same pan as your bacon, bring your bread to a perfect crisp on both sides.
Slice your toppings. Get those tomatoes thick and juicy. Slice the avocado just before assembling so it stays fresh.
Spread Fabalish Mayo generously on both slices of bread. Don’t be shy.

Assemble:
Layer arugula first (it’ll act as a bed for the juicy tomatoes).
Add heirloom tomatoes, then a light pinch of salt & pepper.
Layer on avocado slices.
Top with crispy MyBacon.
Close, slice, and serve. Cut in half diagonally for extra drama. Serve with chips, pickles, or a side salad. Enjoy!
